A dude on the street is seen as a “drug dealer” by selling weed on the street one day and the next, another guy is great businessman after legalization or if they sell poison at a massive pharmaceutical company. 

Gambling is bad unless you gamble in the stock market, at the race track or play the lottery. 

Scalping is a no-no unless you are a “re-seller” like Live Nation and Stub-hub.

Businessmen like Nicki Barnes, El Chapo, Frank Lucas and Pablo Escobar should have been CEOs of drug dealers like Pfizer and Merck instead of going the illegal route. 

Guys in the street scalping tickets need to find a way to apply for jobs in the corporate world. They are no shadier than the dudes (and ladies) in corporate attire.
