I hate to break it to ya folks but, there has always been solid, proven by thousands of years of human history, biological evidence for not “hooking up.” Yes, old man Craddock is realizing our parents, grandparents and ancestors over the entire course of human history were right. Good luck to you folks who think that men and women are exactly the same. We aren’t. If you understand the differences and why we do what we do, you might be able to understand each other a little better.

“Oxytocin seems to have been ‘designed’ by nature to make a man and woman feel bonded after sex, so they would stay together and raise children,” she says. “Today, the physiology of men and women still plays out according to this pattern. But estrogen seems to increase the calming and bonding effects of oxytocin, while testosterone seems to mute them. That’s why women tend to feel more attached after sex than men do.”
