“It’s a first of its kind law in the state of Kentucky. After signing HB528, Kentucky Governor Matt Bevin makes Kentucky the first state to give legal presumption for joint custody in divorce proceedings. Matt Hale of the National Parents Organization has been an advocate for the law and believes we could see this law in Ohio soon.“
