You all are so behind this #metoo stuff? Good.
Here is another movement we all should rally around. Alienated parents. The ability for fathers to share equally in the rearing of their children. Shared parenting as the default in divorce cases in all 50 states.
Ten years ago when I was going through my ordeal, I never knew how bad family court was. I never knew how biased it was in favor of mothers. I never knew how outdated child support was.
I learned a lot during my divorce and even more after it was all done. I was determined to share custody of our kids equally with my ex-wife. I just said no to paying child support and spousal support. Yeah….hell no to that BS.
I know so many fathers who didn’t have the same outcome as me. They reach out to me all the time to ask for advice. I’m more than happy to give it to them.
Most divorced fathers I know either never see their kids, see them four times a month and/or pay ridiculous amounts of money to their ex…and still don’t see their kids. Many of them wondered, like me, how the hell this happened to such good fathers?
Well, I know. I’m writing a book about it and can’t wait to finish it. It’s all too common, even in 2018 when some groups talk about how one sex is constantly oppressed.
Go into the hell hole they call family court if you are a man. Go see for yourself how “equal” it is.
Then ask yourself, why are we allowing this to continue?
Children need their mothers…AND their fathers.
I can’t wait to get home next Sunday and see my kids again.

One of the best Lisa Ling shows to date, and so overdue!! So glad someone finally stepped up to the plate, especially coming from such an intelligent compassionate young woman. Children need their father’s, period. Without them we are ending up with a Lord of the Flies mentality in our youth of today. The system that is supposedly designed to help children is now actually harming them by denying them their fathers. Children should not be used as pawns for financial gain, control, manipulation or to destroy a man because of a relationship gone south, that is inherently wrong. I see the women’s groups are already making this about abuse, which it is not. It’s about women falsely using the system to gain custody and financial benefits using false allegations to do so, and this is rampant today. Last time I checked that was which hunting, thought we all learned something from The Salem Witch Trials. Let’s be real, not all women are saints, many have mental health issues, drug issues, along with just a downright desire to obliterate a man, or even another woman if they come between them and their man, think we all know the deal. Just watch the popular women TV shows of today such as Housewives of this or that county, etc. That’s not part of the Me Too Movement I aspire to or thought we as women were fighting for. If that is what the new woman looks and acts like then we all need to rethink. Surely don’t forget about The Duke LaCrosse players, as well as many other men who have been falsely accused, and incarcerated, even other woman by woman. This is a very slippery slope that needs to be leveled, the damage it is causing fathers and children is tremendous, and we are all paying for it. Watch Dateline’s Diabolical episode, it makes Fatal Attraction look tame so to say women can’t possibly scheme, lie or make false accusations to get what they want is a total crock!
