Chris Atkins has proven through a DNA test that he’s not the father of his ex-wife’s daughter. The girl was was 2 1/2 years old when the couple divorced. The truth was not revealed until their daughter was 11 years old. Since his name remains on the birth certificate, he is legally obligated to keep paying child support.
